Our services include, but are not limited to:
• Security check of the exterior and interior • Check on utilities and appliances such as: - HVAC - Refrigerator/freezer - Thermostat (room by room temperature readings and humidity levels) - Faucets - Drains - Plumbing • Inspect Lani cleanliness (weeds, mold, screen damage, pests, etc.); • Ensure pool is being maintained as needed by your service personnel; • Mail check (if requested); • Package pick-up; either email us the tracking information or have it delivered to us; • On-call services to check-in on your home within 24 hours’ notice; • Other services are available upon request as your specific needs arise (e.g. Concierge Services – food and beverage shopping, opening of your home, waiting for service personnel, etc. (fees may apply). We aspire to provide the best service possible. For every check-in we will email you a service report comprised of everything that we did along with any issues found
