Your Home Watch team is comprised of three individuals who are passionate about customer service and obtaining results. While our backgrounds are varied, we have one focus, attention to our clients and their satisfaction. Our track record of responsibility, success and client focus is what, we believe, separates us from our competition. Additionally, with three principals, you are assured that there is always someone to look after your home. We are there when you are not!

CHRIS McCUAIG:

Chris and his wife Carole Ann, moved to TwinEagles in 2016. They currently live on Wisteria Drive and have chosen to make TwinEagles their full-time home as they love the community and the Naples area. Before moving to Naples Chris has worked at one of Canada’s largest insurance and investment companies where he oversaw a staff of 35 successful financial advisors. Also, he has worked forone of Canada’s top Investment Dealers where he was awarded the top producing rookie advisor award. He also has experience at one of Canada’s largest commercial Real Estate companies where he was a member of the presidents Round Table. In his spare time Chris is an avid golfer and has previously represented Canada as part the National Golf Team.

DON SQUIER:

Throughout his life, Donald has had a passion for service. Starting off his career in the restaurant business, Donald started out with 8 years of learning how to give people the best service possible. To further his experience in the food and beverage industry, Donald worked under an elite pastry chef. This gave him the discipline and detail oriented skills needed to utilize his Bachelor Degree in Biology after getting a job at Henry Ford Hospital, working his way up, and becoming a Senior Medical Technician. For 25 years, Donald excelled in medical diagnostics and research on neuro-anatomy and nephrology. Today, Donald is starting a business where he can utilize all of his accumulated skills and passion for timeliness, attention to detail, and communication to help his fellow residents.  

A. J. YOUNG:

A.J. has been a former senior operations and finance executive for the past 30+ years. Passionate about leading organizations through periods of rapid growth, restructure and turnaround, he has served as a business partner to the leadership teams of startups, Fortune 100 companies and high profile / net worth individuals creating the roadmap that ensures alignment with objectives, guiding critical business decision-making and delivering strong results. He has been a successful business entreprenuer and leader and utilizes these skills with Friendly Neighbor Home Watch Services.
